The Bailliage de Bali Chaine des Rôtisseurs New Year begins in absolutely unique style.

The venue for our Dinner Amicale is the much loved home of French architect and designer extraordinaire Pascal Morabito, who brought into being his idyllic Morabito Art Villa,
a luxury beachside hideaway and private guest house visited by only the fortunate few.

In the midst of a one-hectare tropical park, directly facing the Indian Ocean, Morabito Art Villa provides an oasis in the heart of some of Bali’s most beautiful scenery. The pervading sense
of privilege, privacy and perfection is palpable at every turn.


Against such a splendid setting, we are indeed privileged to have cooking for us the renowned International Executive Chef Tony Howell. Tony discovered his passion for cooking as a bright eyed 14-year-old when working to pay for surfboards in a Mexican restaurant in Perth.
Fast-forward 30 years, and in that time Tony has garnered a reputation as one of Australia’s top chefs. He has worked in some of the finest restaurants in Western Australia, helping them win a multitude of awards with his culinary creations.

Tony has been invited to cook in Bali previously at numerous private functions including hotel openings. He’s cooked in California for the Porsche Owner’s Club and at star studded television events, alongside the industry’s best. As a Margaret River Gourmet Escape Ambassadorial Chef for visiting chefs from around the world, Tony has cooked for and alongside Heston Blumenthal, Alex Atala, Rene Redzepi and Sat Bains. He has agreed to cook his menu themed “On the Wild Side” for the Chaine des Rotisseurs Dinner Amicale.

This is most definitely a “Don’t Miss” evening!
